not really.

1) Crusoe chip running at 533MHz is roughly equivalent to 350MHz 
Pentium-II performance

2) while it is true the Crusoe chip consumes <1W normally and 3 - 5W at 
full speed, the new SpeedStep Pentium III's also consume <1W normally and 
about 10W full speed. And they're faster.
