Manny apparently doesn't know the story.  MS was prohibited from adding
anything to Windows due to a previous loss in court.  They needed to get
a web browser in their OS, so they claimed that it was an integral part,
and made some programming effort to make it so.  When Windows 95 first
came out, IE was an addon that came with the Plus Pack, so obviously it
wasn't really an integral part.  And it was shown at the big anti-trust
trial that it wasn't, in fact, an integral part.

Need help getting that hook out of your jaw, Manny?  I have a pair of
pliers around here somewhere...
