Yes,I always do run out of memory. 
Unfortunately i wont be able to add additional memory on it. 
it already have the maximum 2GB memory, w/c the mobo could handle.

What would you need a 17GB swap partition for? Do you regularly run
out of memory? Most programs that deal with large files take
precautions not to load the entire file into memory. You might be
better off using it for data storage or getting more physical RAM.
