Yes I have a pldt-DSL business (jr) trying to connect from my network
(US) can't get through someone told me that pldt-dsl is blocking
incoming ports.
So just want to know if this is true. And what are those ports?

are you on PLDT business?
i believe the Business and Biz Jr plans aren't as constrained as the 
residential plans. but it's pretty common to block the common ports on 
end-user consumer DSL.
