Reiserfs is good if you have a lot of small files. An example of this
would be using Reiserfs in Maildirs. Reiserfs seem to be stable
enough.

As for XFS, use it if you have lots of large files. XFS seems to excel
in performance when it comes to large files. Also, if you're using
Samba, use one with Posix ACLs support compiled. Allows you to have
more fine-grained permissions.

Ext3, use it for all other stuff. :)

Haven't used JFS.
