in my experience ganyan talaga sa postoffice binubuksan nila, pag may papakinabangan ndi na makakarating, pero pag mga walang kwenta para sa kanila eh, dadalihin ka naman sa fee, EH BAYAD na yun ng NAGPA SHIP DIBA?, and i ask for OR. para sa binayaran ko sa Parcel ng Linux CD. well ndi makapag bigay.
