Thanks for your belief in the Filipino Michael. But at the same time, you are crossing boundaries here. Obviously you are coming from a *Western* perspective, where everything is black and white; and I forgive you for that. I understand that you wanted to end corruption; so do we. I know that the US *DOESN'T* put up with corruption (tongues-in-cheek) and SWIFTLY carries out justice on erring officials (right... roll-eyes). But please understand that we have a way of doing things here. That suspected corrupt custom official will get his share of the justice system one day. *Making a scene* is not our way... it doesn't get the results you want.. it gets you bullets. We ARE NOT in the US. Dexter has a valid fear. This is the Philippines.
Yes we all hate corruption. Yes we all want righteous governance. Yes we want change in our government for the better. And Yes, we have our own way of making this happen.
