Fortunately for one thing, the law doesn't treat the consumers as the
enemy [ if I read the material correctly, as it targets more on
distributors ]. If, however, guidelines would be released on the
assumption that consumers are guilty of proliferating digital media
illegally before the act of distribution then I guess those guidelines
would need to be questioned.
