Another topic that's needed IMHO is a strategy for adopting FLOSS, with a
special emphasis on SMBs. That would include how to get help, and I'm sure
the sponsoring GNU/Linux service companies would be happy to pitch their
services here :) The talk would also include training for the SMB staff,
unless they choose to outsource their entire IT to some company -- w/c
would be one of their options in adopting FLOSS.

In my opinion other SMB want to implement Open Source, but the
SWs/applications are not 'user friendly' and not easier to configure
enough compare to MS SWs/applications. Am I right? So consider these
