While the Ubiquiti EdgeRouter-X supports PoE in and out the maximum 24v it supports is less than that required by the Meraki WAP so I bought a PoE injector and have a question about it's position in the netwrok.
The PoE injector needs a gigabit port for input. Both the ER-X (perhaps eth4) and the Netgear switch support gigabit speeds. Does it matter where the PoE injector is connected: router or switch?
