Just to clarify the problem with what you said, the mental health industry in the USA (including anger management) is not about solving problems or helping people.
It's about prescribing medications. For many people these medications can have life threatening side effects. I am one of those people so the next time you feel the urge to recommend anger management, think real hard first. Such advice can be a death sentence.
