Randy, While the cost is higher than I'd like I think it should more than pay for the difference by its ability to be upgraded and have components replaced if necessary. Since I continue to use my computers for years and not frequently upgrade the DIY FrameWork looks more attractive than the big brands' offerings which are not that much lower in cost when configured similarly.
