No, I don't think I would. Generally in this environment Top-right-"ok" means "minimise". If you do this in most programs, then go to Settings / running programs, the program shows up in the list. Now, as it happens, in the particular example of the settings screen when there's no slimserver available, I would not be too worried if you closed instead of minimising, but that would be inconsistent behaviour with the normal running case where having to restart really is wrong.
