Kurt- In looking at your log output it looks like the async http call isn't getting the IP addresses back to fetch the web data. It's weird that it'd work in 6.2.2 and not 6.3. Have you tried 6.5? There have been a lot of changes to this code for 6.5, I'm not sure if any of those changes were also pushed to 6.3.
