A plugin can currently do whatever it wants. There's little protection against a plugin crashing the server. Dan has serious plans for 7.0 to improve this considerably. But 7.0 might be a year ahead...
Since then I have updatedto your latest versions and have been runing music for the last 7 hours without a problem.

As for my desire to get the Comment tag to scroll as a screensave... I have absolutely no idea what you mean! :-).
Ok, slowly: as you want to display the comment tag on your screen, you'll have to add it to the possible formatting strings. Easily done: go to Server Settings/Formatting/Title Format and add "COMMENT". Now you'll have to restart slimserver or change the language (odd workaround) to make it available in other places of the server. Once you're back with an English interface (or whatever your preferred language is) go to the Player Settings/Plugins and select "Comment" from the list of available format strings in the MusicInfoSCR.
