Hi Charles,

File structure seems OK, but I'm at work so can't do a proper check on
the file. But please check if 

    
- In Package Center: go to ->settings -> set trust level to 'all
  publishers'. And try again.

That update could be the reason. After a security update Synology might
have changed these settings. 

Let me know if this is the case, if not I will look at the file this
