- Please provide a server log.
- Is the other LMS instances still installed? Check Task Manager if it
  is part of a start-stop script. If it starts it would interfere with
  LmsRepack. Both use the same processes!
- Check if the 'perl' and 'slimserver.pl' processes have a low CPU
  load during normal playback.

I wouldn't call it a pian, but it is something to think about. But first
things first. And that is to be sure this package does the trick without
hiccups.
