Not sure there is not something wrong when you install it in this directory (which is the correct one for manual install). You can try instead c:/program data/squeeeboxserver/cache/installedplugins/plugins (from memory). This is not ideal as it might be erased by LMS upon restart in certain condition, but this is where it's put by automatic installation. LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
