I got some issues with Connect, it seems to play but no sound from my
units.

What makes you think it was playing? Spotify app? LMS?

Around 19:17 the daemon is started. Can you confirm that the IP address and port used in the --lms parameter are what you'd be using? After that I don't see any sign of Connect activity. Are you sure you had that player selected in Spotify when you tried to start playback?
