Unfortunately not. There is no formatting information being supplied by the podcast plugin so this could be a normal menu item like an artist name etc.
There is a way in the menu definition protocol to specify that something is extended text and iPeng would the show it that way (e.g. happens for biographies etc. in the Music Artist Information Plugin) but few plugins/apps make use of that.
