Hmm... I've seen JiveLite on pCP get stuck, too. Happens every few weeks or months. But then it would be totally stuck, not only just for one station.
Maybe you can enable logging for plugin.radioparadise, then check server.log again when this happens? And make sure you're running the latest of everything (in particular the plugin itself).
