Uuhhh... The new version does not work on Windoes 7 in classic or basic desktop because it relies on something called DwmCompositionEnabled. This feature, always present in Windows 8 and up is disabled in Windows 7 when you are using the Basic or Classic desktop (which you are using) in Windows 7. This feature is what allows me to customize the Title and create my own custom buttons. I'm thankful you noticed this and told me. I think I can do something about this.
