Yes, the "Content-Length" is provided, so it's possible to count bytes
but the LMS backend that does HTTP/S does not seem to be capable of
that, according to what I read in the code (I need to be careful here,
Michael knows the code much better) and the RP backend must also be able
to do Range-Request, which I think it does, but I'm not 100% sure
