I'm getting failed lookups when my artists are tagged as Surname,
Firstname instead of Firstname Surname. Eg Artist details & biography
for "Krall, Diana" returns "Empty" but "Diana Krall" returns a result.
Is there anything that can be done to remedy this?
Not without changing your tags, I fear. If the services decide not to
find "Krall, Diana", then there's not much I can reasonably do. I could
certainly try all kinds of permutations of names. But this would slow
down the lookups considerably.
