Some of these choices used to be HLS streams. Now these choices seem to have disappeared. Radio 2 has no choices and Radio 3 only has 2 choices, one being AAC but not explicitly HLS which used to be the case. I remarked on these HLS choices back in the day. If I can find the comment I'll add a link.
