According to BBC imda trasnport sites which list the URLs - all National
station have the same four levels vlow, low, med and high of HLS
streams- high being 320k - just like DASH (although IIRC DASH combine
two speed options into one URL)

WRT The not HLS HTTP streams - Radio 3 is special to have the only HTTP
/AAC at 320k - all other HTTP stream are MP3.
