I´m sorry to seem confused ;) let me try to clarify: the error existed since the beginning (20-30 times during the day). But lms/spotty was working without a problem. No bother cause lms is running on a dedicated machine not used for many other things. Since spotty v2.8.7 i am still getting the error, but lms/spotty is NOT working. I thought thats what i wrote.
