I did not understand your answer. Are you saying that too many requests were sent to spotty and hence nothing can be done?
I'm still trying to figure out what is triggering this flood of requests. But yes, you got the gist of it.
I was the only user at the time the failure occurred if that helps.
From Spotify's point of view you share the application with thousands of other users.
