hi michael, just to follow up, the issue of not being able to transfer playback to the Spotty device is inconsistent. usually in the morning when both LMS and squeezelite boot up, i can select the device and as long as i leave it alone, it plays just fine. but if i change to another device and try to re-select the Spotty device, it will not work. at that point in time, the log shows the following entry:
