Yes, always clear the cache after you update manually update material skin. I can't tell you how many times I forget that as I am updating Material Skin almost daily. Then I freak out when I see something weird like that. :) Also be advised that the current dev version of material skin gives SLX some problems with the mini player. I have this fixed in SLX, just waiting for it to get published in the next day or two. BTW, I cancelled 2.7.1 yesterday and replaced with 2.7.2 in the MS Store, as I found a minor color glitch and title bar glitch that I wanted to fix.
