Yep, my AVR 2113 does it regularly, and solution for me has always to turn the amp on manually, then off again, usually all good after that. It doesn't seem related to how long it has been turned off though, I can go a few weeks without powering on from the client and it will be all good first up. At other times it may not fire up on first power on but turning off from the client and then back on often brings it to life.
