It's probably some issues with your firewall and network configuration. Try w/o any firewall to confirm that something can be detected. Also, refer to post #1 of this thread and the user's guide for advice on NAT, docker host mode and other network-related issues. The bridge cannot run on a different network than the UPnP devices it needs to bridge. If you want your LMS isolated, then you need to run the bridge on a separated computer that is on the same network than your UPnP devices. The bridge is an independent program that does not need to run on the same computer than LMS, but in that case you will not access the configuration screen from LMS, you'll have to edit manually a config file.
