I set the 'What Was That Tune?' log to debug and played a few tracks this morning. The output is below. Looks like when it powers up it starts from a timestamp of midnight, 70/01/01 (1 Jan 1970?). What do you think the ts => ### three digit number represents - maybe the number of seconds after the first timestamp that each track began (or ended?) playing?
Lack of clock the Pi would start with a unix timestamp of 0. Which is the date you mentioned. The timestamps in the log file are Unix timestamps, seconds since January 1 1970, midnight.
That log snippet shows that the plugin actually is working. but you're saying you wouldn't see anything about it in the menus? What about the "now playing" track information menu? Not even there?
