When using the mobile layout, what decides if a dropdown list(Like the player list) uses a scroll bar, or just uses a gesture to swipe in the list.
I'm playing with using the 7" RPI display and Xorg Firefox shows a scollbar to navigate in the list Epiphany uses a swipe to move through the list.
