There is no solution to that, I have no way to be aware that a pair exist in the AP realm. You could try to use my "Groups" plugin to create a stereo pair that is dynamic so that by default, vis-a-vis LMS, they are not synchronized by default. Still, when you'll play on the virtual player to get stereo under LMS, the issue will be here unless the pair is separated in AP.
