You need to get your computer to hibernate and stay hibernating until you want to wake it up. There must be some other device attached that is sending magic packets to wake it up - have you a fancy printer or an upmarket switch/router ? Try disconnecting everything and see if the pc will hibernate and stay off until you wake it. If it will, then try connecting one device at a time until you know what is waking it up.
