New feature:

- The user can now specify an AVR source input instead of a
Quick/Smart Select in the plugin setup menu. The input source name
must match one of those defined for the AVR and is case sensitive. If
the AVR input source has been renamed by the user, that name must be
specified. See the attached image for an example.
Other Changes:

- In order to simplify setup, the Delay On and Off options have been
removed from the setup menu and the values hard-coded to 0. The Quick
Select delay time is still configurable.

- LMS events for non-plugin players that are synced with plugin
players are now filtered out to avoid unnecessary overhead and
  confusion.

- Change the method the plugin uses to communicate with the AVR on
Windows machines to eliminate socket blocking problems.

- Various bug fixes and optimizations.

Just a reminder that the AVR Audio Settings menus can now be accessed
from the Material Skin user interface. If you use Material, you owe it
to yourself to check it out. You won't ever need to fish around in the
seat cushions for your AVR's remote again. Just check the "Enable audio
settings menus?" option in the plugin setup menu and look for the menu
in Material under "Settings/Player".
