Well, I don't know about you David but, upon further reflection, I find my response to your question thoroughly unconvincing. That same further reflection also has yielded a theoretically possible way to allow for switching between zones during a listening session via the Audio Settings menu. While multiple zones could be streaming the active SB player at once, only the currently selected zone would be under the control of the plugin at any point in time. Thus, for instance, volume changes, muting on/off, power on/off (via the menu) and other similar requests would only affect the active zone. It could get complicated, and I might regret it later, but I can't deny that this would be a really nice feature to have if I actually had a multi-zone setup configured in my home, as I once did in a previous one. So if you're willing to take on the role of primary beta tester for this endeavor, which could involve going down some dead ends and/or making a few U-turns along the way, let me know. I don't know how much time I will be able to devote to it in the short term but, barring any major problems in the new release and with winter on the horizon here "up over", I can see myself getting obsessed with a project like this so that bodes well for you. :rolleyes: I'll be in touch here or via DM with further updates.
