Could you try to perform a scan with the "Mixed Tag" module to see if it
solves the problem ?

Check the SlimServer log after the scanning and see if it reported any
errors during the scanning.

If it still doesn't work, you can try to enable the debugging flag in
the bottom of the "Custom Scan" section in "Server Settings/Plugins"
and then perform a scan with the "Mixed Tag" scanning module and post
the log.

The only reason I can see for the problem is that either a scanning has
been aborted in the middle or some problem has occurred in the scanning.
