Just my 2p but I think this is one of the biggest hurdles Philippe has. Not only are there a multitude of different upnp devices and implementations but there are also quite a wide range of LMS use cases. One thing that most (but apparently not all) require is gapless playback. Does Pink Floyds, Dark Side of the Moon play as it should? That should be on the list for sure. As you say Spotify I assume you dont have Qobuz otherwise Id definitely add that to your test list and particularly whether a upnp device can deal with 24/96 or higher. I have often found that to get gapless I need to operate in Flow mode (transcoding to PCM) which by definition means max is 16/44.1.
