InguzEQ basically creates "shelf-type" EQ filters. So if you have EQ settings that say - 400Hz: 0dB - 600Hz: -10dB then the curve you'll get is flat 0dB from zero to 400Hz, then shelving downward to -10dB at 600Hz, then flat at -10dB from there on up.
