You should restate your current setup as I am confused. In post #2 I said that the Terastation will not have enough power to re-encode a BBC Realaudio stream and it looks like you are encoding a stream and getting choopy output - as expected.
Also , I do not understand the reference to WMA rate since WMA should be going straight to SB.
