I think everything is working OK except you may not have realised that sending WAV requires a connections of 1.5Mbps as it is uncompressed PCM so saying that 192kbps MP3 works is not relevant. You have a very good wireless connection for WAV to work.
Even with a wired connection this rate of data as a constant (not a burst) load on the NAS is such that if other actions happen (e.g. file transfer) you may get stuttering. Underrun means that Slimserver just couldn't get enough data out - what else is running on the NAS or the net that could affect slimserver ?
