To edit a playlist, you have to load it into the current playlist via playing it
in the library tree. Once it's the current playlist you can do all
sorts to it -
drag n drop tracks up and down, add new tracks from the library, and all
the stuff in the context menu.. When done, there's a save option in the
playlists menu. You can either call the new playlist the same as the old
one, or something completely different..

Editing of offline playlists could be added to a future build, but I think this
is the first time it's been brought up for ages..

These are for Moose's undo system.. If you mistakenly double click
something in the library it can be a bit of pain.. If the undo system's active,
which it is by default, you can simply undo that last double-click to get your
old playlist back.. There's an option to turn it off..

An option to hide the moose undo playlists may be possible via a plugin ?
Not sure..
