You guys are absolutely right. I apologize to Hugh/Inguz. It was my
frustration coming through; this is a labor of love and I should treat
it that way.

Anyway.....no luck so far. I'm not going to drop back to a 6.x
release; it's not worth it for me. I have a real skeptical view that
any EQ will add too much noise/distortion/processing to be worth it
(not a slight of Inguz at all; just a view about EQ in general), and
I've spent quite a bit of time and $ with my system (Modwright tube
modified Transporter, etc.) to negtively impact the
resolution/tone/dynamics/etc. My first test will be on the ease of
bypassing the processing. I realize that the success is not all about
"added distortion" (some will say I already did that when adding tubes)
but about the tradeoffs between getting tone right vs the processing
required to do it. I don't plan on using the DRC portion. My room has
significant room treatments (14 RealTrap bass traps, four first
reflection panels, 2 real wall diffusors) to satisfy my room acoustic
needs right now.

I'll wait it out. Thanks for the help and pointing out my
inappropriate criticsm.
