LastFM not showing up in the web interface would seem to indicate something is wrong with the plugin installation. I think people have reported this before when the plugin's strings didn't install correctly. Firstly, I would suggest stopping SqueezeCentre and deleting the plugin-data.yaml file, then restarting. Do a full refresh of the web interface and see if the LastFM entry appears. If not, try entering the LastFM menu from your squeezebox and check what's printed in the SqueezeCentre log afterwards.
