<track> entries contains current ratings and play counts and is stored in the track_statistics table in the database. <historyentry> entries contains historical ratings and historical play counts and are stored in the track_history table in the database.
<track> entries are the ones that are shown in the user interface, the only exception is that some of the TrackStat statistics calles something with "recently played" looks at the <historyentry> entries when it calculates the information shown. The <track> entry you show seems to refer to something under: file:///Qmultimedia/Music/O/.... While the <trackhistory> entry refers to something under: file:///share/Qmultimedia/Music....
