Could you explain what you have done, in detail, to get to the situation where the ratings were lost ? - I've complety uninstalled squeezecenter, trackstat, custom browse and SSOTS. Then I reinstalled SSOTS via QNAP firmware and then reinstalled squeezecenter 7.2.1., trackstat 2.4, custombrowse 2.4 and musicinfoSCR 4.3.1. Then I did a complete scan of the library. After that I've restored the Trackstat backup file
Have you moved all your music files from share\Qmultimedia\ to Qmultimedia\ ? -No, I didn't touch my music files at all Do you have any TrackStat backup file that have ratings in the <track> items ? -In the backup files that were made before the reinstall, the ratings are in the <track> items (including playcount, which I also seem to have lost. In the backup files made after the reinstall only tracks which I have rated after the reinstall, have ratings in the <track> item Did you completely uninstall SqueezeCenter before you re-installed 7.2.1 or did you do re-install without uninstalling the previous version ? - Completely uninstalled, including SSOTS Does this provide you with any clues?
