When you do a scan, does it take a long time to do the MusicIP import scan step? You can turn the MusicIP plugin trace logging to "Debug" and doing a full rescan. The logging will be written to the scanner log. If there are problems matching songs from MusicIP with the SC music library files, you may find errors in this log that would help to identify the problem.
