Is MusicIP installed on the same drive as Squeezecenter? Whilst your files can be on a different drive, MusicIP needs to be running on the same drive as Squeezecenter.
Otherwise, it looks as if the problem is that Squeezecenter cannot access the MusicIP API at localhost (again, this suggests that the API is not on the same machine as Squeezecenter).
